This is a very user friendly jig and very simple to use and simply made;it has molded in settings for 1/32 of an inch increments on two parallel pairs of graduated toothed racks. You take it from there as how how greater a precision you want when working with wood. The enclosed manual and video are the very best yoou would ever expect, plus they give you scaled and detailed diagrams to build your own fences or stops.A great buy and one of those jigs that are a 'must have' for a thrifty, and assiduous woodworker. I highly recommend this tool.
My buddy has one of these on a table saw sled and we use it to cut wafer thin slices of wood and poly resin and acrylic for pen turning projects.What a great tool. I recommend it to anyone who has to make repeated precision cuts.
I have other excellent Incra positioning devices and measuring equipment. I am very happy with all of them - so getting this (Incra Jig) for the drill press was a no brainer. It works GREAT.
